Shipping Policy
RTB Sciences ships within the United States only. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Shipping options and rates
At checkout you can choose between two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 3–5 business days — $15
- Priority Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days — $25
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over $1,000.
Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier (USPS) and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
Packaging and storage
Our lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at room temperature during normal transit, so orders ship in secure, protective packaging without the need for cold-chain handling. Upon receipt, store products according to the guidance provided for each compound.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RTB Sciences is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
