Refund & Return Policy
Because RTB Sciences supplies research materials, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened kits may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery — contact support@rtbsciences.com before returning anything to receive authorization. If a kit arrives damaged or a lot does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
